Governance is a unique staking system of MIR M to perform your political capacity over the whole mir continent by Staking DOGMA (Governance Token) obtained from DEX of PLAY Wallet and Divine Staking to make an influence with Field/World Boss, Hidden Valley Capture and Sabuk Castle Siege.

Governance

1. Terminology

- Governance refers to a system of staking DOGMA obtained from DEX and DIVINE Staking to make a political influence on the main contents of the server you belong to and even that of other servers.

2. Components

- A single World consists of 3 servers, and whether to summon/progress the Field/World Boss and Hidden Valley Capture will be determined based on the result of Governance. (All 3 servers for Field/World Boss Summons, 2 servers for Valley Capture).

3. Acquisition

- Players in each server will vote to Governance Program of the server while the Program is undergoing by staking DOGMA. Based on your own needs, all players may cooperate themselves to hold a content, or even not participate in Staking to resist against the Server ruler of your server. The goal of Governance is to take control over the whole gaming environment with a super authority, so general players will not be affected by Governance. Creating a great server where all players will assemble with a strong bond or a server where the Server ruler dominates everything will be determined by Server rulers' choice and how they participate in Governance system.

Voting/Withdrawal

1.Voting

Voting: An action of staking DOGMA to participate in Governance Program

- No Cooldowns exist on voting.

- No restrictions charged to its quantity and countings.

- No extra charges exist.

2.Withdrawal

Withdrawal: An action of unstaking DOGMA voted to Governance Program

- 5 days for cooldown based on the Voting date.

- If staking additionally within 5 days from the date you have previously voted (staked), 5 days for cooldown will be applied based on the day you have additionally staked and the amount of previous Staking and that of additional cannot be withdrew during the waiting period.

- In order to prevent excessive creation of Tx by unstaking, 60 minutes for cooldown will be applied on the withdrawl if taken duplicately.

※ Exposure of waiting period will be the longer one.

3. Governance Rule

1) Single Voting:

- Each Governance will be operated in separate, and following this rule for single voting, 1 DOGMA can only be staked to a single governance program.

2) Minimum Staking:

- Server rulers can contribute to the ecosystem of marktet by staking DOGMA to Governance Program, that resulting in Market circulation decrease. There will be a minimum requirement for staking to be qualified as a server ruler, and the consequence of each Governance Program will be available upon meeting the mimum requirements referred below:

minimum voting = min(rounddown{(circulating DOGMAs* X 25%/total numbers of servers X 5, -3}, 10000)

* circulating DOGMAs: The current circulation amount decreased from the accumulated amount of retirement from the accumulated amount of Issued DOGMA.

* Issued will be considered different to Minting, and it will be provided as a reward from Divine Staking or provided to community to activate the liquidity of DEX.

3) Benefits:

There are 2 types of benefits in Governance: [Server-based Benefits] and [Character-based Benefits].

First, Server-based benefit is where all users on the server can share the Governance Benefit with multiple players' participation in Governance. Boss Governance and Hidden Valley Capture are examples of this, which can be defined as [Server-based benefits].

Second, Character-based benefit is a Governance taken by individual participants of all servers in the mir continent, granting the benefit to each character to strengthen their position as dominant players. Party dungeon Governance is an example of Governance under the [Character-based benefits] system.

Interface

- Access to DOGMA>Boss Governance.

- Current amount of votings will be viewed.

- You can vote or withdrawal your DOGMA clicking the Vote/Withdrawal button.

2) WEB UI

Access to Official Forum > GOVERNANCE

Choose and vote to the goverance program you would like to vote in Governance.

Boss Governance

1. Field/World Boss Governance

- Field and World Boss will be targeted on Governance program.
- They will be spawned at the top 3 server where the DOGMA has been staked the most, and you can obtain better rewards with the following rank of DOGMA Staking.

2. Boss Monster Operation Policy

1)Determination

- It will be reset 00:00(UTC+8) everyday.

- Field/World Boss will be spawned at the top 3 server based on the amount of the most voted DOGMA

※ Number of Benefit Servers from the consequence of Governance will be adjusted based on its existing countings.

2) Procedure

- Voting owned DOGMA to the server you belong

- Regarding the same owning amount among servers, servers that have firstly reached the server will be ranked superior to others

- Ranking place information will be reset based on the current amount of voted DOGMA

3) Exceptions

- Minimum Staking: Although being placed to the top ranked server, Boss monsters will not be spawned if not meeting the minimum requirement for voting.

Hidden Valley Capture Governance

1. Governance in Hidden Valley Capture

Hidden Valley Capture is affected by Governance. The event will take place in the top 3 servers of the highest amount of DOGMA Staked, assuming there are 5 servers existing in a World.

Darksteel taxes charged from non-holding servers of Hidden Valley Capture will be distributed to the top 3 servers, and the following ratio will be 40% for the 1st, 30% for the 2nd, and 20% for the 3rd place depending on their ranking place.

2. Operation Policy

1) Voting

- Participants can vote to determine the holding server of Hidden Valley Capture by staking DOGMA.

- Hidden Valley Capture will be held every week, and the procedures are mentioned below;

2) Penalty

- Servers that didn’t meet the minimum Voting requirement will be penalized with a 50% decrease in Darksteel mining.

③ Confirm Server: Wednesday 00:00 (UTC+8)

3) Voting Calculation / Server Confirm

- Hidden Valley Capture will proceed up to 2 Servers Max depending on the Staking quantity.

- Retrieval can be taken at any time except during Retrieval Cooldown.

- If the holdings of servers are calculated the same, servers that fulfill the requirement will be ranked higher in order.

※ The number of Benefit servers will be adjusted based on the servers within a World.

4) Valley Selection

- During the Valley Capture period, Clans of Valley Capture holding servers can participate in the Hidden Valley Capture entering the 4F of each Valley without any participation procedure.

- The event will be operated for an hour in each valley, and the clan who occupies the Capture Stone will be entitled as Valley Owner.

- 1 clan can occupy 1 Valley among Bicheon/Snake Pit/Phantasia Area. However, you can occupy all Valleys during the Valley Capture Period.

- If the Valley Capture ends with 1 clan occupying more than 1 Valley, the clan will be entitled to the ownership of the last Valley they captured, and the ownership of the other 2 Valleys will remain empty.

3. Valley Capture Benefits

[Valley Storage]

- Tax will be charged to Darksteel mined from specific Valley, and it will be stored in the Valley Storage.

① Darksteel Tax: 15% of the mined Darksteel will be stored on the valley's Hidden Valley Storage as tax.

※ 15% less Darksteel is obtained by mining Darksteel in the Hidden Valley areas due to the tax.

② Darksteel stored on the Hidden Valley Storage will be automatically transferred to that of the servers holding the Hidden Valley Capture every 23:55 (UTC+8). The Provision Rate differs to the number of Holding Servers and Governance Ranking.

■ If 2 holding servers exist, each non-holding server will pay 40%/30% Darksteel tax to the corresponding Valley's Storage of 1st~2nd place server.

■ Even if the server is ranked at the top, the Hidden Valley Capture will not be held if the Minimum Voting is not fulfilled. (※ All the Darksteel taxes except for taxes that are distributed to the Valley Capture servers will be burnt.)

Ex) If 1 server of a 3-server world solely fulfills the minimum voting, the Hidden Valley Capture will proceed on only 1 server, while 40% of the Darksteel will be supplied to the 1st place server and the remaining 60% will be burnt.

4) Exception

- Minimum Voting: If the server is included on the top servers, Hidden Valley Capture will not proceed if the Minimum Voting condition has not been met.

Party Dungeon Governance

1. Party Dungeon Governance

Dungeon Raid and Boss Raid of party dungeon content are subject to the Party Dungeon Governance.

The character elected from DOGMA voting of Party Dungeon Governance will become the Governing player in Party Dungeon Governance.

*Governing player refers to?

A Dragonian who is entitled as a Governing Player based on the following Party Dungeon Governance ranking. The privilege of creating governance party dungeons will be given to the Governing players. (Character-based Governance)

2. Governance Party Dungeon Operating Policy

1) Election

- It will be reset every day at 00:00 (UTC+8).

- The Governing Player is selected up to {((total number of servers X3) X3) X5} ranks.

ex) If the total number of Servers is 3, {((3X3) X3) X5} = Up to 135th players will be ranked as governing players.

- The governing player is selected based on all servers. Therefore, there may be servers without a governing player.

- The governing player is determined on character-basis.

- If the voted amounts are the same, the character who first reaches that staking value will be placed in a higher rank.

2) Governing Player Benefit

- Only the Governing Player can create governance party dungeons.

- To enter the governance party dungeon, the minimum number of participants must be met.

3) Exceptions

- Minimum Vote: Even if a player is ranked within the Party Dungeon Governance, he or she cannot be selected as a Governing Player if the minimum voting requirement is unfulfilled.
